Recipe Spotlight: Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, cut into pieces

  • 1 ripe mango, cubed (2 cm)

  • 150 g fresh pineapple, cubed (2 cm)

  • 150 g ice cubes

  • 40 g rolled oats (see Tips)

  • 20 g LSA (optional - see Tips)

Toppings:

  • 50 g fresh raspberries

  • 2 tbsp muesli

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut chips

Instructions:

  1. Add the banana, mango, pineapple, ice cubes, rolled oats, and LSA (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Decorate with fresh raspberries, muesli, hemp seeds, and coconut chips as toppings.


Tips:

  • Use gluten-free oats if needed.

  • LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, and almond meal) adds extra fiber and nutrients but is optional.

This tropical treat not only energizes your body but also celebrates the vibrant flavors of Costa Rica.
